These terms apply to the use of the website omcider.no and the services OmCider AS (company reg. no. 923 459 472) offers there. By using the website you accept these terms.
1. About the website
The website is operated by OmCider AS, Bygdavegen 36, 4130 Hjelmeland, Norway. You can reach us at post@omcider.no or +47 971 12 475.
2. Use of the website
You may use the website to read information about OmCider, contact us and book experiences. You must not misuse the website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt operations, extract data automatically at scale, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Booking and purchases
The purchase of experiences and tickets is governed by separate terms of sale, which you can find at omcider.no/en/terms-of-sale. In the event of conflict between these terms and the terms of sale, the terms of sale govern the purchase itself.
4. User account
You can create an account to view and manage your bookings ("My page"). You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You must provide a valid email address, and the account is confirmed via a link we send you.
5. Information you send us
When you book, send email or write in the chat, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not share sensitive personal data you do not want us to store.
6. The chatbot
The website has an AI-based chatbot that answers questions about cider, experiences and visits. The answers are indicative and may contain errors or be incomplete. Binding information — for example about price, availability or agreements — must be confirmed directly with us. Do not write sensitive personal data in the chat.
7. Intellectual property
Text, images, logo, design and other content on the website belong to OmCider AS or our licensors and are protected by the Norwegian Copyright Act. The content may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission from us.
8. Links to third parties
The website may contain links to external services, for example maps and payment solutions (Vipps and Stripe). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer
We work to keep the information on the website — such as prices, opening hours and availability — correct and up to date at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it is always error-free or complete. The website is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the website, to the extent this is not contrary to mandatory law.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at any given time is published on this page.
12. Governing law and venue
The terms are governed by Norwegian law, with OmCider’s legal venue, unless mandatory rules give you the right to a different venue.
